A private equity acquisition of distressed medspa assets required full deconstruction and reconstitution under accelerated timelines. The mandate: rename, reposition, and rebuild the enterprise into a new category at the intersection of medical credibility and applied longevity — within 100 days and under regulatory constraint.

The Work
Defined the new category frame of “Longevity Lab.” Developed corporate naming, positioning, and narrative architecture. Established brand standards, voice systems, and go-to-market frameworks. Directed retail signage, interiors, website, social, and launch assets within clinical and compliance parameters.

The Outcome
Launched The Marque Longevity Lab in Q1 2026 as a newly constituted enterprise with cohesive identity, category clarity, and operational brand infrastructure built for expansion.
